About Me

I graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and am a member of both the BANT organization and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners. I am also CNHC registered. I have further enhanced my clinical skills through the Clinic Supervisor Programme at CNM. Currently, I practice at the London Wellbeing & Nutrition Clinic, where my goal is to empower people to take control of their health and make sustainable, achievable, and long-term health changes.

My Approach

My approach to nutritional therapy is holistic, meaning I consider how the different systems in your body are interconnected and influence your overall health. I stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research in nutrition, with a primary focus on using nutrition to enhance your health and well-being. My goal is to help you understand the root causes of your symptoms and work towards managing, reducing, or resolving them. This involves a thorough assessment of your body systems, diet, and lifestyle.

My Story

I have a particular interest in using nutrition to prevent and limit cognitive decline. My journey began over a decade ago while caring for my mother, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. More recently, my father has been diagnosed with mid-stage Alzheimer's, deepening my passion for this field. I am dedicated to promoting healthy ageing, understanding the root causes of neurodegenerative diseases, and exploring how food and nutrition can influence or improve these conditions.
